There’s just one week to go for your submissions to our Speech Up! Video Contest! That’s still plenty of time to get started, but no time for waiting around!
The due date is next Wednesday, March 31 by midnight eastern. The contest is open to all students in grades 9-12 in public, private, and home schools within the United States.
Students create a short (4-minute or less) video speech addressing this year’s theme: “The UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 4.1 states: “By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes.” What are the three most critical changes to the status quo you would propose to help achieve that goal in low-income countries like Mali?”
First prize is $1,000! Applicants should review the official rules and grading rubric for more direction. Learn more or submit your videos here: https://bit.ly/37MyY9M.
